By engaging the services of Smart Automation India, clients agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Smart Automation India specializes in Instrumentation and Electrical services, including design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and calibration of instrumentation and control systems.
All services are executed in accordance with SMART principles—Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound—while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, access to sites, and timely approvals. Any changes to scope, specifications, or timelines may result in revised costs or schedules.
Smart Automation India ensures qualified personnel, calibrated instruments, and quality assurance practices throughout project execution. Delays caused by force majeure events, site conditions, or client-side issues shall not be considered a breach of contract. All disputes, if any, shall be resolved through mutual discussion as per applicable laws.
